摘要
目的 分析基于5G移动监护系统在亚运急救医疗保障中的应用价值.方法 选取2023年9月6日至2023年10月 8 日于杭州亚运村综合门诊部抢救室使用可穿戴移动监护系统的患者为研究对象,观察患者离开抢救室期间出现心电监护仪报警事件的频次、分析报警事件类型和患者满意度.结果 监测27例患者,期间患者离开抢救室66次,中央监护共报警 31 次,其中心率异常报警 28 次,氧饱和度异常报警 1 次,电极脱落报警 1 次,氧饱和度探头脱落报警 1 次,报警实时处置成功 31 次,处置成功率 100%.结论 基于 5G移动监护系统在杭州亚运急救医疗保障中的应用有效地保障了运动员的疾病救治,提高了救治效率,保障了运动员的安全.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of 5G mobile monitoring system in Asian Games emergency medical support.Methods Patients who used wearable mobile monitoring systems in the resuscitation room of Hangzhou Asian Games Village Comprehensive Outpatient Department from September 6,2023 to October 8,2023 were selected as the study subjects,and the frequency of cardiac monitor alarm events during the period when the patients left the resuscitation room was observed,and the types of alarm events and patient satisfaction were analyzed.Results A total of 27 patients were monitored,during which the patient left the resuscitation room 66 times,and a total of 31 alarms were triggered by central monitoring,including 28 alarms for abnormal heart rate,1 alarm for abnormal oxygen saturation,1 alarm for electrode drop,and 1 alarm for oxygen saturation probe drop.The alarm was successfully handled for 31 times in real time,with a success rate of 100%.Conclusion The application of 5G mobile monitoring system in the emergency medical security of Hangzhou Asian Games effectively ensures the disease treatment of athletes,improves the treatment efficiency,and ensures the safety of athletes.
