护理不良事件管理的道德风险博弈分析

摘要
目的 解决护理不良事件管理过程中的道德风险问题,提高护理不良事件管理效率.方法 以博弈论为研究方法,分析院方和护理不良事件非当事人,院方和护理不良事件当事人两两之间的道德风险.结果 院方和护理不良事件非当事人之间的纳什均衡分别是A=(G-R)/F,B=1-C/(I+F),院方和护理不良事件当事人之间的纳什均衡分别是A=(VP-R)/(VP+F),B=1-C/(I+F).结论 加强护理不良事件管理中道德风险防范,提高员工不良事件申报率,提高改善收益,加强对第二受害者人文关怀,是持续改进护理质量、提升护理安全的重要途径.
Abstract
Objective To solve the moral hazard in the process of nursing adverse events management,and improve the efficiency of nursing adverse events management.Methods Using the game theory as the research method,the moral hazard between the hospital and the non-parties of nursing adverse events,and the moral hazard between the hospital and the parties of nursing adverse events were analyzed.Results The Nash equilibria between hospital and non-parties of adverse nursing events were A=(G-R)/F and B=1-C/(I+F)respectively.The Nash equilibria between hospital and the parties of adverse nursing events were A=(VP-R)/(VP+F)and B=1-C/(I+F)respectively.Conclusion Strengthening the prevention of moral hazard in the management of nursing adverse events,improving the reporting rate of adverse events,increasing the improvement income,and strengthening the humanistic care for the second victim are important ways to continuously improve the quality of nursing and nursing safety.
