目的 分析公立医院设置管理研究基金的现状并提出建议.方法 查阅《2021年度中国医院综合排行榜》前100名医院官方网站以及期刊数据库,应用CiteSpace软件对基金资助文献进行分析,梳理医院设置院内管理研究基金的现状以及基金资助发表文献的研究方向.结果 前 100 名医院中,34 所医院设置了院内管理研究基金,每项基金平均持续 3.82 年能够产出期刊论文.基金资助文献的研究方向包括绩效考核、患者安全等.结论 加强医院管理研究是医院高质量发展的重要趋势,院内管理研究基金可以促进不同领域研究人员深入合作,基金长期发展需要规范化的管理.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the current status of establishing a management research fund in public hospitals and to make recommendations.Methods The official websites and journal databases of the top 100 hospitals in"2021 Chinese Hospital Comprehensive Ranking"were searched,and CiteSpace software was used to analyze the fund-supported literature,and the current situation of hospitals setting up hospital-based management research funds as well as the research direction of the fund-supported published literature were sorted out.Results 34 of the top 100 hospitals had hospital-based management research funds,each of which lasted an average of 3.82 years capable of producing journal articles.The research directions of the fund-sponsored literature included performance appraisal and patient safety.Conclusion Strengthening hospital management research is an important trend in the high-quality development of hospitals,and the hospital-based management research fund can promote in-depth cooperation among researchers in different fields,and the long-term development of the fund requires standardized management.
