摘要
进修医师教育是为进一步提高在职临床医师理论及专业技术水平而提供的一种学习方式,也是提高各层级医师临床实践能力的重要途径.通过对某肿瘤专科医院进修医师培训现状进行分析,了解近三年进修医师的特点,优化培训管理流程,探讨进一步完善培训体系,提升进修医师培训满意度和培训质量,完善进修教育制度与体系.
Abstract
Physician training is a learning method provided to further improve the theoretical and professional technical level of on-the-job clinicians,and it is also an important way to improve the clinical practice ability of physicians at all levels.By analyzing the current situation of refresher training of physicians in a specialized oncology hospital,understanding the characteristics of refresher training physicians in the past three years,optimizing the training management process,exploring the further improvement of the training system,enhancing the satisfaction of refresher training of physicians and the quality of training,and perfecting the system and system of refresher training education.
