摘要
本文聚焦医院中最常见且规模最大的医学影像设备屏蔽防护工程项目,分析其建设过程普遍存在的问题.从建设方视角,基于精益建造的管理理论,构建"浪费识别与优化"模型,并从流程优化、协同管理、需求牵引、界面重置四个方面进行优化.通过项目实践成功达到了预定的管理评估指标,验证了该优化方案的有效性.
Abstract
This paper focuses on the most common and largest shielding protection project of medical imaging equipment in hospitals,and analyzes the common problems in its construction process.From the perspective of the construction side,based on the management theory of lean construction,the"waste identification and optimization"model was constructed,and the optimization was carried out from four aspects:process optimization,collaborative management,demand traction,and interface reset.Through the project practice,the predetermined management evaluation index has been successfully achieved,which verifies the effectiveness of the optimization scheme.
