目的 设计基于5G+物联网技术的手术室仪器设备管理信息平台以改善医院设备管理.方法 对比基于5G+物联网技术的手术室仪器设备管理信息平台实施前(2022年1月—2022年12月)及实施后(2023年1月—2023年12月)手术室仪器设备日常维护情况、医护人员使用满意度.结果 实施后设备维护合格率94.23%、维修及时率94.67%,相较于实施前的85.58%、83.21%显著升高(p<0.05);实施后医生仪器设备使用流程、仪器设备使用效率、信息交互、工作环境、使用满意度评分均显著高于实施前(p<0.05).实施后护士使用满意总分为10.87±1.79分,实施后满意度明显提高(总分≥10分)共12人,占比75.00%.结论 基于5G+物联网技术的手术室仪器设备管理信息平台可以确保手术室仪器设备管理安全、有效,避免手术室仪器设备出现故障,提高我院医疗服务质量并提高医护人员使用满意度.
Abstract
Objective To design an operating room instrument and equipment management information platform based on 5G+Internet of things technology to improve hospital equipment management.Methods The daily maintenance of operating room instrument and equipment and the satisfaction of medical staff before the implementation(January 2022 to December 2022)and after the implementation(January 2023 to December 2023)of the operating room instrument and equipment management information platform of based on 5G+Internet of things technology were compared.Results After the implementation,the qualified rate of equipment maintenance and the timely rate of maintenance were 94.23%and 94.67%,which were significantly higher than 85.58%and 83.21%before the implementation(p<0.05).After the implementation,the scores instrument and equipment use process,instrument and equipment use efficiency,information interaction,working environment and use satisfaction of doctors were significantly higher than those before(p<0.05).The total score of nurses'use satisfaction after implementation was 10.87±1.79 points,and the total number of nurses with significantly higher satisfaction after implementation(total score≥10 points)was 12,accounting for 75.00%of the total.Conclusion The management information platform of operating room equipment based on 5G+Internet of things technology can ensure the safety and effectiveness of instrument and equipment management in operating room,avoid the failure of instrument and equipment in operating room,improve the quality of medical service of our hospital and improve the satisfaction of medical staff.
