目的 设计开发手术进程小程序,为手术患者家属提供患者手术状态信息,实现患者家属及时了解患者手术进程.方法 基于用户体验,对患者及家属手术需求进行调查,通过跨部门团队协作,在分析患者及家属需求基础上,设计研发手术进程小程序系统.结果 实现患者手术进程信息共享,视频连线成功率上升为 89.52%,患者家属满意度达到 95.50%.结论 手术进程小程序的应用能实现患者手术进程信息共享,患者家属的手术等候体验改善,同时有利于缩短术后患者转运时间和提高工作效率.
Abstract
Objective To design and development of the surgical process applet to provide surgery patients'family members with status information of patient's surgery.Family members could be informed patient operation process in a timely manner.Methods Based on user experience,questionnaire survey was conducted on the surgical needs of patients and their families,and through cross-departmental teamwork,a small applet for the surgical process based on the analysis of the needs of patients and their families was designed and developed.Results Information sharing on patients'surgical process was realized,and the success rate of video link increased to 89.52%,with patient family satisfaction reaching to 95.50%.Conclusion The application of the surgical process applet can realize information sharing about the patient's surgical process and improve the surgical waiting experience of patients'family members.At the same time,it is conducive to shortening postoperative patient transfer time and improving work efficiency.
