Actively implementing the modern hospital management system and enhancing the refinement level of hospital operation and management is a necessary way for public hospitals to achieve transformation and development.The article analyzes the current situation of the operation and management departments of public hospitals under the requirements of high-quality development,and concludes that the core connotation of the operation and management of public hospitals is resource allocation,process management and performance assessment.On this basis,the departmental settings,staffing and functional positioning of operation management in public hospitals under the new situation and new requirements are discussed in depth,aiming at promoting the operational efficiency and quality of public hospitals and promoting the high-quality development of hospitals.
