In order to investigate the problems in the coordinated development of medical alliance at county level,a total of 30 managers from government departments and health institutions in Ruijin City of Jiangxi Province were selected for interviews,and thematic analysis was used to summarize the interview data,and four themes were extracted:(1)the status of symbiotic unit:insufficient government thrust,the lead unit has a sense of fear,the initiative of the member units is not strong;(2)the status of symbiotic relationship:less communication within the medical alliance,it is difficult to coordinate the interests,and it is difficult to establish a sense of synergy in the short term;(3)the status of the symbiotic environment:financial support is not sustained,the publicity efforts are small,and the implementation of policies is not in place;(4)the status of symbiotic interfaces:the information is not interoperable and the telemedicine is a mere formality.It is necessary to promote the coordinated development of medical alliance at county level from promoting the participation of symbiotic units and co-promoting the development of symbiotic systems;constructing a long-term communication and distribution mechanism and establishing an integrated symbiotic relationship;optimizing the positive symbiotic environment and strengthening the support of supporting policies;and speeding up the construction of symbiotic interfaces and opening up the channels of resource sharing,and other measures to promote the coordinated development of medical alliance at county level.
