Refined management of contracts in medical institutions is a necessary measure to deepen the health system reform and to promote the practice of medicine and hospitals in accordance with the law.The contract management of medical institutions is different from that of general enterprises and public institutions.The types of contracts involved are complex,and most of them involve medical safety,state-owned assets management and other aspects,so there are great difficulties and risks in contract signing and management.This paper took a grade A tertiary specialized public hospital in Beijing as an example to introduce the current situation and practice of refined contract management,and explore the path of refined contract management of medical institutions,in order to improve the loopholes in contract management,shorten the contract review period,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of medical institutions,and promote the legal development of medical institutions.
