The new media era has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the cultural communication of public hospitals.In this era,the cultural communication of public hospitals not only helps to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,but also enhances the cultural competitiveness of hospitals and becomes a key force to promote the high-quality development of hospitals.However,the development of new media is also a double-edged sword for hospital cultural communication.On the one hand,the popularity of new media makes the dissemination of information more convenient,but at the same time,it also brings the problem of fragmentation of information,and it is difficult to distinguish the truth from falsehood.On the other hand,the interactivity of new media allows the public to express their views and opinions on hospitals more directly,which undoubtedly increases the pressure and challenge of hospital culture communication.This paper takes S public hospital in a province as an example to explore the effective path of public hospital culture communication in the new media era.
