摘要
目的 规范中医医疗技术临床应用管理,提高中医医疗质量,保障医疗安全.方法 通过对符合条件的医师进行系统化培训、考核,授予相应的中医医疗技术权限.结果 经对申请人员进行资质审核,组织针灸、推拿专业专家对申请中医医疗技术人员进行系统性培训及考核,分别授予 365 名医师、581 名护理人员中医医疗技术处方权及施治权.结论 经系统化的培训,采用信息化手段规范中医医疗技术的授权,建立管理档案并实行动态管理.
Abstract
Objective To standardize the clinical application and management of TCM medical technology,improve the medical quality of TCM and ensure medical safety.Methods Through systematic training and assessment,the qualified doctors were granted the corresponding TCM medical technology authority.Results After qualification examination of the applicants,experts in acupuncture-moxibustion and tuina were organized to systematically train and assess the applicants,and 365 doctors and 581 nurses were granted the prescription and treatment rights of TCM medical technology respectively.Conclusion After systematic training,the authorization of TCM medical technology was standardized by means of information technology,and the management archives were established and dynamic management was implemented.
