摘要
目的 分析衡阳市主城区院前急救现状,为全面提升院前急救服务能力提供理论依据.方法 从衡阳市急救中心调度系统数据库中收集 2020 年 1 月 1 日—2022 年 12 月 31 日出诊数据进行回顾性分析,包括受理时间、出诊时间、地点、主诉等基本信息,采用描述性研究方法对相关资料进行汇总分析.结果 患者急救需求分析:一年中急救病例最多的是 9 月、12 月.一天中有 1 个急救迅速增长高峰时间段,为 08:00-10:00.2020-2022 年空车率分别为 19.74%、19.51%和 21.01%.2020-2022 出车时间在 3 分钟内达标率为 80.34%、79.17%和 73.72%,反应时间在 15 分钟内达标率为 73.10%、85.09%和 63.19%.结论 衡阳市院前急救资源整体水平取得了一定发展,但出车时间与反应时间达标率均未达到国家标准,且呈递减趋势,空车率比较高,存在资源浪费.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the current situation of pre-hospital first aid in the main urban area of Hengyang City,and to provide a theoretical basis for comprehensively improving the pre-hospital first aid service capacity.Methods The data of pre-hospital first aid visits from January 1,2020 to December 31,2022 were collected from the dispatch system database of Hengyang Emergency Medical Center for retrospective analysis,including basic information such as acceptance time,visiting time,location and chief complaint,and the relevant information were summarized and analyzed by descriptive research method.Results Patient first aid demand analysis:the highest number of first aid cases in a year were in September and December.There was one rapid growth peak time period for first aid in a day,which is 08:00-10:00.Empty vehicle rate was 19.74%,19.51%and 21.01%respectively from 2020 to 2022.The rates of dispatching time within 3 minutes were 80.34%,79.17%,and 73.72%,and the rates of response time within 15 minutes were 73.10%,85.09%,and 63.19%from 2020 to 2022.Conclusion The overall level of pre-hospital first aid resources in Hengyang City has achieved certain development,but both the dispatch time and the response time rate have not reached the national standard,and are on a decreasing trend.Empty vehicles rate is relatively high,and there is a waste of resources.
