摘要
目的 调查华北、华中地区四所三甲医院的陪护现状.方法 以华中、华北地区四所三甲医院进行多中心横断面研究,以 2022 年 9 月 15 日—22 日四所医院陪护人员及住院患者为研究对象进行问卷调查.结果 四所医院病区整体陪护率平均为64.86%,陪护需求率为71.96%.陪护人员以女性为主;45～54岁年龄段居多;直系亲属占73.01%.陪护率高的前三位科室依次为儿科、心外科、神经外科.首要陪护原因是手术,陪护负担主观感受认为躯体负担最高,经济负担最低.陪护人员负担受其职业、文化程度、与患者关系及所在科室影响.结论 四所医院病区总体陪护率仍较高,未来应继续优化医院陪护管理,精准对接住院患者需求,促进医院高质量发展.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the current situation of escort in four grade-A tertiary hospitals in North China and Central China.Methods A multicenter cross-sectional study was conducted in four grade-A tertiary hospitals in central and north China,and questionnaires were administered to chaperones and inpatients in the four hospitals from September 15th to 22nd in 2022,as study subjects.Results The overall escort rate in the four hospital wards averaged 64.86%,and the escort demand rate was 71.96%.The majority of escorts were female.45 to 54 years old age group were predominated.Immediate family members accounted for 73.01%of the total.The top three departments with high escort rates were pediatrics,cardiac surgery and neurosurgery.The primary reason for escort was surgery.The subjective perception of escort burden was perceived to be the highest in terms of somatic burden and the lowest in terms of financial burden.Chaperone burden was influenced by their occupation,education level,relationship with the patient,and department.Conclusion The overall escort rate in the four hospital wards is still high.In the future,we should continue to optimize hospital escort management,accurately match the needs of inpatients,and promote the high-quality development of hospitals.
