突发公共卫生事件导致出现大量呼吸危重症患者,发热门诊和急诊量激增,呼吸亚重症病房大量投入使用,实现最大限度收治患者.这对医用氧气的持续供应带来极大挑战,因此如何保证大规模供氧的安全稳定成为工作难点.本文结合某三甲医院的实际情况,采用系统工程的研究思路,从氧源储备、安全管理、氧气分配及人力配置几个方面开展研究,探索大规模供氧方案,有效保障医院呼吸亚重症病房大规模收治病人的供氧需求.
Abstract
Public health emergencies lead to a large number of patients with critical respiratory diseases,with a surge in the number of fever clinics and emergency rooms,and a large number of respiratory sub-intensive units were put into use to maximize the number of patients.This brings great challenges to the continuous supply of medical oxygen,so how to ensure the safety and stability of large-scale oxygen supply has become a difficult task.Based on the actual situation of a tertiary hospital,this paper adopted the research idea of system engineering to carry out research from the aspects of oxygen source reserve,safety management,oxygen distribution and manpower allocation,and explored a large-scale oxygen supply scheme to effectively ensure the oxygen supply demand of patients admitted to the respiratory sub-intensive ward of the hospital.
