精益管理联合信息化技术在术前物品准备中的应用研究

摘要
目的 通过精益管理联合信息化技术提高术前物品准备的充足率.方法 在原有的信息化技术管理术前物品准备的基础上,联合运用精益管理理念,使之成为提升手术室服务质量的重要内容.比较实施前后各206 例手术的术前物品准备充足率、巡回护士离室取物次数、医护满意度.结果 实施后手术室术前物品准备的充足率、医护满意度均显著高于实施前(p<0.05).实施后巡回护士离室取物次数低于实施前(p<0.05).结论 精益管理联合信息化技术能有效提高术前物品准备的充足率,减少巡回护士离室取物次数,从而提高医护满意度.
Abstract
Objective To improve the adequacy rate of preoperative items preparation through lean management combined with information technology.Methods On the basis of the original information technology management of preoperative items preparation,the concept of lean management was combined to make it an important part in improving the service quality of the operating room.Compared the adequacy rate of preoperative items preparation,the number of times itinerant nurses left the room to retrieve items,and healthcare satisfaction for each of 206 surgeries before and after implementation.Results After the implementation,the adequacy rate of preoperative material preparation and the satisfaction of doctors and nurses in the operating room were significantly higher than those before the implementation(p<0.05).After the implementation,the frequency of itinerant nurses left the room to retrieve items was lower than that before the implementation(p<0.05).Conclusion Lean management combined with information technology can effectively improve the adequacy rate of preoperative items preparation,reduce the frequency of itinerant nurses left the room to retrieve items,so as to improve the satisfaction of doctors and nurses.
