Engineering consulting is a comprehensive engineering consulting service provided for the whole life cycle of a construction project in all relevant aspects such as organization,management,economy and technology.This model replaces the traditional work mode of independent bidding and independent management of agency construction and supervision,and provides one-stop service for the owner,thus realizing the comprehensive management and coordination of the infrastructure project.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the application of whole-process engineering consulting in hospital capital construction projects,suggesting that the consulting unit combined with the hospital's development plan to clarify the project management objectives,improve the efficiency of project approval,strengthen the team building and talent training,and provide reference for the whole-process of engineering consulting for hospital capital construction projects.
