云医院门诊服务实践及效果分析

目的 探讨云医院门诊服务模式的应用效果及其信息化实践成效.方法 云医院门诊主要功能包括:云医院门诊医生接诊与复诊、检查预约系统、云医院门诊处方药品开具及药品递送服务.通过对功能模块的应用分析,评估云医院门诊服务的实施效果.结果 2023 年 4 月至 9 月,云医院门诊共接诊 175000 人次,其中工作时间门诊53795人次,工余时间门诊104066人次,院外关怀门诊12979人次,网络专家门诊624人次,网络方便门诊3536人次,患者满意度均在 90%以上.结论 云医院门诊服务通过其便捷性、高效性和灵活性,为患者提供了便利的网络门诊服务,不仅拓宽了门诊服务途径,还有效减少了患者的等待时间和交通成本,显著提高了患者的医疗满意度.
Objective To explore the application effect of cloud hospital outpatient service model and its informationization practice effectiveness.Methods The main functions of cloud hospital outpatient service include:cloud hospital outpatient doctor reception and follow-up,examination appointment system,cloud hospital outpatient prescription drug prescribing and drug delivery service.The implementation effect of cloud hospital outpatient services was assessed through the application analysis of the functional modules.Results During the last six months from April to September 2023,the cloud hospital outpatient clinic received 175000 visits,of which 53795 were outpatient visits during working hours,104066 were outpatient visits after working hours,12979 were outpatient visits for out-of-hospital care,624 were outpatient visits for network specialists,and 3536 were outpatient visits for convenience service,and the degree of satisfaction of the patients were all above 90%.Conclusion Through its convenience,efficiency and flexibility,the cloud hospital outpatient service provides patients with convenient network outpatient services,which not only broadens the access to outpatient services,but also effectively reduces patients'waiting time and transportation costs,and significantly improves patients'medical satisfaction.
