Objective To analyze and evaluate the process of establishing a medical risk prevention and control system based on medical-legal cooperation and its effectiveness in practical application.Methods To establish a medical risk prevention and control management system with the participation of all three.A total of 100 medical staff(35 doctors and 65 nurses)were randomly selected from a hospital for a questionnaire survey,and the number of patients and the occurrence of medical disputes in the hospital from 2021 to 2022 were counted.Results 95%of healthcare professionals were satisfied with the work of the legal counseling team,and comparing 2021 and 2022 data,the number of hospital visits increased and the number of medical disputes decreased significantly.Conclusion By integrating legal service resources and constructing a medical risk prevention and control system based on medical-legal cooperation,it can significantly enhance the legal awareness and risk prevention ability of medical personnel,effectively reduce the incidence of medical disputes,and safeguard medical safety.
