Objective To evaluate the disaster resilience and recovery ability of cancer hospitals,and to provide sample hospital emergency management practice cases for reference.Methods The brainstorming method was used to solicit potential disaster items from all hospital staff,and the risk items were discussed by the hospital quality and safety management committee to determine the risk items and form the questionnaire.The descriptive statistical analysis and risk coefficients of each risk item were analyzed by Excel,the reliability test of the questionnaire was conducted by SPSS,the bubble chart was drawn,and the case study method was used to analyze the disaster events that occurred and the coping strategies.Results The top five risk items for this specialized cancer hospital were fire(54.24%),doctor-patient disputes(51.86%),violence against doctors(44.63%),hospital-acquired outbreaks(43.47%),and public health emergencies(42.94%).Conclusion:Hospitals should improve the emergency planning system,strengthen the hospital emergency management,focus on the higher risk value items to ensure the smooth operation of the hospital.
