With the rapid development of large general hospitals,the safety management of all kinds of construction,remodeling and fire projects is of utmost importance,especially the"4·18"accident in Changfeng Hospital,which has brought the safety management of hospital construction and fire to an unprecedented height.This paper takes a large general hospital in Beijing as an example to carry out the safety risk evaluation and application of construction fire management,using literature research,interviews and field observation methods,and synthesizing the conclusions of the LEC model to carry out safety risk evaluation on the fire safety management of hospital construction fire.Based on the results of the evaluation,effective control of construction fire is carried out to reduce safety risks and improve management effectiveness by improving the fire system,forming a standardized safety supervision and inspection process,and applying information technology to strengthen the whole process of supervision.
