Public hospitals subordinate enterprises as an important part of state-owned assets,its supervision is not only related to the healthy development of enterprises,but also directly affects the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets.Currently,public hospitals are facing a series of challenges in supervising subordinate enterprises,including the risks of loss of control over human and financial resources,unclear responsibilities,and lack of supervision.The construction of public hospitals'supervisory system for subordinate enterprises needs to comprehensively consider various factors,and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of supervision to ensure the healthy,stable and sustainable development of subordinate enterprises by clarifying the supervisory subjects and responsibilities,strengthening internal control and risk management,promoting the construction of informatization,strengthening external supervision and auditing as well as optimizing the relationship between the enterprises and the affairs of the enterprises and other measures.
