目的 加强医疗机构外购抗菌药物管理,确保患者用药安全有效.方法 基于药房库存系统、住院医生工作站、合理用药软件、浙政钉和微信群,建立无感式抗菌药物合理使用全流程监管系统,简化医疗机构外购抗菌药物审批流程,规范外购抗菌药物合理使用.结果 实施无感式监管系统后,外购抗菌药物的使用更加规范,大大简化了处方流程,节约了人力成本.结论 无感式监管系统能有效缩减处方流程,规范医疗机构外购抗菌药物管理,提高患者满意度.
Abstract
Objective To strengthen the management of outsourced antibacterial drugs in medical institutions and ensure the safe and effective use of drugs by patients.Methods Based on the pharmacy inventory system,resident doctors'workstation,rational drug use software,Zhejiang Ding and Wechat group,a sensorless antibacterial rational use whole-process supervision system was established to simplify the approval process of outsourced antibacterial drugs in medical institutions and standardize the rational use of outsourced antibacterial drugs.Results After the implementation of the sensorless supervision system,the use of outsourced antibacterial drugs became more standardized,greatly simplified the prescription process,and saved labor costs.Conclusion The sensorless regulatory system can effectively reduce the prescription process,standardize the management of outsourced antibacterial drugs in medical institutions,and improve patient satisfaction.
