摘要
目的 探讨医院智能识别系统在手术收费中的应用与效果.方法 运用医院自主研发的收费智能识别系统对医院手术收费进行管理,以降低手术收费违规率,减少医院违规扣款.结果 实施收费智能识别系统后,医院的手术收费违规率由 1.05%降低到 0.33%(p<0.001),耗材收费违规率由 0.29%降低到 0.06%(p=0.001);科室自查项目收费违规率由 17.90%降低到 1.25%(p<0.001),自查耗材收费违规率由 12.81%降低到 0.36%(p<0.001).医生和护士的满意度均有明显增高(p<0.001).结论 收费智能识别系统能够有效提高手术收费的正确率,减少违规现象发生,降低医院经济损失.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application and effect of the hospital's intelligent recognition system in surgery charging.Methods To use the hospital's self-developed intelligent charge recognition system to manage the hospital's surgery charges,to reduce the irregularity rate,and to reduce the hospital's irregular deductions.Results After implementing the intelligent charge recognition system,the hospital's surgery charge irregularity rate was reduced from 1.05%to 0.33%(p<0.001),and the consumables charge irregularity rate was reduced from 0.29%to 0.06%(p=0.001).The department's self-reported project billing irregularity rate was reduced from 17.90%to 1.25%(p<0.001),and the self-reported consumables billing irregularity rate was reduced from 12.81%to 0.36%(p<0.001).There was a significant increase in both physician and nurse satisfaction(p<0.001).Conclusion An intelligent charge recognition system can effectively improve the correct rate of surgical charges,reduce the occurrence of irregularities,and reduce the hospital's economic losses.
