摘要
科学合理的人才考核评价体系是激发人才创新创业活力的"指挥棒".目前,公立医院在人才考核评价的指标、主体、方式和结果应用上存在不足,需进一步改进.基于分层分类、全面客观、注重实效的原则,提出四条改革建议:完善人才考核评价指标、丰富人才考核评价主体、提高人才考核评价的信息化水平和提高人才考核评价结果运用的科学性.
Abstract
A scientific and reasonable talent evaluation system is a"baton"to stimulate the innovation and entrepreneurial vitality of talents.At present,there are deficiencies in the indicators,subjects,methods and application of results of talent evaluation in public hospitals,which need to be further improved.Based on the principles of stratification and classification,comprehensiveness and objectivity,and focusing on effectiveness,four reform proposals are put forward:to improve the talent evaluation indexes,to enrich the main body of talent evaluation,to improve the informatization level of talent evaluation,and to improve the scientificity of the application of the results of talent evaluation.
