公立医院后勤机电设备管理存在范围广、多学科多工种交叉、设备维修人员组成杂等难点,制约了医院的进一步发展.以管理下沉、资源整合、块状细分为特征的网格化管理能让管理效率大大提高.浙江省人民医院本着"横向到边,纵向到底"的原则,以临床需求为导向,探索建立了"分管院长—后勤管理中心—后勤职能部门小组长—技术维修人员"的四级网格体系,释放了网格化管理制度优势产生的治理效能.通过对后勤机电设备网格化管理的持续改进,形成了主动发现、主动服务、精细管理、监管并重的管理体系.
The management of logistics electromechanical equipment in public hospitals faces challenges such as a wide range,interdisciplinary and cross disciplinary nature,and a complex composition of equipment maintenance personnel,which hinders the further development of the hospital.Grid management characterized by management sinking,resource integration,and block segmentation can greatly improve management efficiency.Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital,in line with the principle of"horizontal to the edge,vertical to the end",oriented to clinical needs,explored the establishment of a four-level grid system of"director in charge-logistics management center-logistics functional department team leader-technical maintenance personnel".It has released the governance effectiveness generated by the advantages of the grid management system.Through the continuous improvement of the grid-based management of logistic electromechanical equipment,a management system of active discovery,active service,fine management and supervision has been formed.
