Public hospital salary reform is related to the livelihood security,professional performance and work motivation of medical staff,which is the core and sensitive part of public hospital reform,and an important influencing factor for the realization of the"Healthy China"strategy.This paper analyzed the social background,policy background and management background of China's public hospital salary reform,and analyzed the existing problems of the current public hospital salary system from the perspective of salary design and salary management.Through text analysis,the paper summarized the policies of public hospital salary reform in some regions in the new era,and clarified the content and direction of public hospital salary reform in the new era.
