高校附属医院管理人员π型能力模型构建与应用研究

摘要
为推动高校附属医院管理体制的可持续发展,结合π型人才和素质模型提出高校附属医院管理人员π型能力模型.模型从六个层次对管理人员的能力特征进行研究分析,其中包含四个横向综合素质层:自我概念组、影响力组、目标与行动组、帮助与服务组;包含两个纵向专长素质层:管理素质组与认知素质组.希望随着π型能力模型的引入,高校附属医院管理人员的招聘选拔、绩效管理和个性化培训等各方面能够得到提升,完善我国高校附属医院管理体制.
Abstract
In order to promote the sustainable development of the management system of university hospitals,the π-competence model for university hospital managers is proposed in combination with the π-type talent and quality model.The model analyzes the ability characteristics of managers from six levels,including four horizontal comprehensive quality levels:self-concept group,influence group,goal and action group,help and service group;and two vertical professional quality levels:management quality group and cognitive quality group.It is hoped that with the introduction of the π-competence model,the recruitment and selection,performance management and personalized training of university hospital managers can be improved,and the management system of university hospitals in China can be improved.
