医学生参与精准医疗帮扶的模式与思考

摘要
在乡村振兴战略实施过程中,因病致贫返贫的问题是一个亟待解决的重要议题.结合"健康中国2030规划纲要"的政策导向,增强脱贫的稳定性,特别是通过精准医疗帮扶,具有深远的现实意义.本文剖析了精准医疗帮扶内涵,结合实地对口帮扶情况,根据浙江大学精准医疗帮扶的实践经验,提出了医学生精准医疗帮扶"村、乡、县、校"四级联动的创新模式,分析了在此模式下医学生参与精准医疗帮扶的评价与意义,提出了医学生参与精准医疗帮扶存在的不足以及未来完善方向.
Abstract
In the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,the problem of returning to poverty due to illness is an important issue to be solved urgently.Combined with the policy guidance of"Healthy China 2030 Plan",it is of profound practical significance to enhance the stability of poverty alleviation,especially through precision medical assistance.This paper analyzed the connotation of precision medical assistance,combined with the on-site situation of counterpart assistance,and based on the practical experience of precision medical assistance in Zhejiang University,put forward an innovative four-level linkage model of"village,township,county and school"precision medical assistance for medical students,and analyzed the evaluation and significance of medical students'participation in precision medical assistance under this model.This paper put forward the shortcomings of medical students'participation in precision medical assistance and future improvement directions.
