Objective To establish an operational efficiency evaluation system for cancer hospitals and provide data support for high-quality and refined operational management. Methods Literature review and semi-structured interview were used to form the index pool. Two rounds of Delphi expert consultation were used to determine the index of the evaluation system, and the analytical hierarchy process was used to determine the index weight. Finally, the weighted TOPSIS was used for empirical case analysis. Results The effective recovery rates of the questionnaires in two rounds of Delphi expert consultation were 88%and 100%.The coefficient of authority was 0.782.The Kendall coordination coefficients were between 0 and 1.The CR value was less than 0.1,and the indicators passed the consistency test. Finally,an evaluation system consisting of 5 dimensions and 28 indicators was constructed. Conclusion The operation efficiency evaluation system of cancer hospitals can help hospitals identify operational shortcomings, build operational efficiency improvement paths, and achieve hospital connotation improvement and quality development.
