目的 通过评估医院门诊量的影响因素,考量科室出诊安排设置是否合理,为医院决策和医疗资源合理配置提供依据.方法 收集北京大学第一医院2023年1-12月各科室门诊量数据,利用相关性分析探索门诊量影响因素.结果 门诊量与额定号、出诊单元数量、周末门诊量存在显著的正相关.结论 医院管理部门应定期为门诊科室提供精细化数据反馈,灵活调整工作时间和非工作时间门诊安排,大力发展互联网医疗,鼓励推动新型门诊的建立和发展,推动医疗资源合理配置,改善就医体验,优化门诊服务.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the factors influencing hospital outpatient visits,and to find out whether the arrangement of outpatient department is reasonable,so as to provide a basis for hospital decision-making and rational allocation of medical resources.Methods The outpatient visit data of Peking University First Hospital from January to December 2023 were collected,and correlation analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of outpatient visits.Results There was a significant positive correlation between outpatient visits and quota,number of visiting units and weekend outpatient visits.Conclusion Hospital management departments should regularly provide refined data feedback for outpatient departments,adjust working hours and outpatient arrangements in non-working hours,vigorously develop Internet medical services,encourage and promote the establishment and development of new outpatient services,promote the rational allocation of medical resources,improve medical experience,and optimize outpatient services.
