基于医院建筑智能化系统的节能降碳路径研究与实践

近年来,随着全球气候问题日益突出,社会对气候变化关注度增高."双碳"目标的提出对医院节能降碳工作提出了更高的要求,但医院开展节能降碳工作时面临诸多挑战.本文通过阐述北京某大型综合医院节能降碳实例,实施闭环能源管理策略,建设与应用能耗监管系统,开展能耗分析,基于科学的管理工具建立节能项目库,有序开展管理、技术、行为节能工作,取得节能成效的过程.为双碳目标下的医院开展节能减碳工作提供思路和借鉴.
Abstract
In recent years,as the global climate problem has become more prominent,society has become more concerned about climate change.The introduction of the"double-carbon"target has set higher requirements for energy conservation and carbon reduction in hospitals,but hospitals face many challenges in implementing energy conservation and carbon reduction.This paper described an example of energy saving and carbon reduction in a large general hospital in Beijing,the implementation of closed-loop energy management strategies,the construction and application of energy consumption monitoring systems,the analysis of energy consumption,the establishment of energy saving project libraries based on scientific management tools,and the orderly implementation of management,technology and behavioral energy saving work,and the process of energy saving results.It provided ideas and reference for hospitals to carry out energy saving and carbon reduction work under the double carbon target.
