本研究旨在通过深入了解患者、医护人员以及医疗管理部门的实际需求,对现有的就医流程进行全面梳理与分析,找出其中的瓶颈和不足之处,优化就诊模式,为儿童就医提供更为便捷和高效的体验.本研究通过确立任务清单、流程重组设计及应用程序设计,实现数智化赋能,以优化儿童就医体验.通过对 2023 年 10 月—11 月医院发热门诊平均就诊时间的数据分析显示,应用自助检验开单流程的患者,平均就诊时间显著低于使用传统流程的患者(p<0.05),验证了优化策略的有效性.
Abstract
This study aims to provide a more convenient and efficient experience for children's medical service by understanding the actual needs of patients,medical professionals,and healthcare management departments,comprehensively combing and analyzing the existing medical service process,identifying the bottlenecks and deficiencies,and optimizing the medical service model.This study achieves digital intelligence empowerment by establishing a task list,process reorganization design and application design to optimize children's medical experience.Data analysis of the average visit time in the hospital's fever clinic from October to November in 2023 showed that the average visit time for patients who applied the self-service examination billing process was significantly lower than those who used the traditional process(p<0.05),which validated the effectiveness of the optimization strategy.
