目的 探索综合医院开放式精神科病房管理模式.方法 提出综合医院开设开放式精神科病房融合管理模式.回顾性分析 2013 年 1 月 1 日至 2019 年 12 月 31 日在某综合医院精神科住院患者的信息.结果 2013 年 1 月 1 日至 2019 年 12 月 31 日精神科共收治 8417 例患者,平均年龄为 42.81±20.00 岁,平均住院天数 11.46±8.87 天,例均住院费用为 8553.32±5634.67 元;其中精神分裂症 1873 例,平均年龄、平均住院天数、例均住院费用分别为 32.90±15.98 岁、12.06±8.43 天、8365.98±5131.80 元.结论 开放式精神科病房融合管理模式运行后收治病种增多,患者住院天数缩短,是一种有效可行的管理模式.
Abstract
Objective To explore the management model of open psychiatric wards in general hospitals.Methods To propose an inclusive management model for opening an open psychiatric ward in a general hospital.Retrospective analysis of information on patients admitted to the psychiatric department of a general hospital from 1st January 2013 to 31st December 2019 was performed.Results A total of 8417 patients were admitted to the psychiatric department from 1st January 2013 to 31st December 2019,with average age of 42.81±20.00 years old,average length of hospital stays of 11.46±8.87 days,and average cost of 8553.32±5634.67 yuan per case.Among them,there were 1873 cases of schizophrenia,with average age of 32.90±15.98 years old,average length of hospital stays of 12.06±8.43 days,and average cost of 8365.98±5131.80 yuan per case.Conclusion The open psychiatric ward inclusive management model operates with more admissions and shorter patient stays,making it an effective and feasible management model.
