目的 调查某医共体内护士从事互联网护理服务的意愿及影响因素,为推进医共体互联网护理工作提供建议.方法 选取某医共体总院 379 名护士和 11 家分院的 181 名护士作为调查对象,使用自行编制的调查表进行调查.比较总院和分院护理人员参与互联网护理的意愿和影响因素.结果 总院已注册云医院互联网护理服务的护士比例显著高于分院,表明总院护士对于互联网护理服务的接受度和参与度更高,差异有统计学意义;此外,单位重视程度、部分激励因素均对护士参与互联网护理服务产生影响,差异有统计学意义.结论 医共体在推进互联网护理服务方面具有显著优势,通过整合资源、优化管理、强化激励等措施,可以有效提升护理人员的从业意愿和服务质量,推动互联网护理服务健康发展.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the willingness of nurses in a medical community to participate in Internet nursing services and the factors influencing it,and to provide suggestions for promoting Internet nursing in the medical community.Methods 379 nurses from the general hospital and 181 nurses from 11 branch hospitals of a medical community were selected as respondents and surveyed with a self-developed questionnaire.The willingness and influencing factors of nurses in the general hospital and the branch hospitals to participate in Internet nursing were compared.Results The proportion of nurses who registered for the cloud hospital Internet nursing service in the general hospital was significantly higher than that in the branch hospitals,indicating that the nurses in the general hospitals were more receptive to and involved in the Internet nursing service,and the difference was statistically significant.In addition,the degree of importance and some incentives had an impact on nurses'participation in Internet nursing service,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The medical community has significant advantages in promoting Internet nursing service,and through the integration of resources,optimization of management and strengthening of incentives,it can effectively improve the nursing staff's willingness to practice and service quality,and promote the healthy development of Internet nursing service.
