目的 探讨精益六西格玛质量管理工具在提高质谱项目本地检测率的应用与效果.方法 选取台州恩泽医疗中心(集团)精准中心 2022 年 8 月 1 日—11 月 13 日的质谱项目作为研究对象,采用精益六西格玛管理方法分析质谱项目本地检测率较低的原因,提出可行性质量改进对策并实施.统计2022 年 11 月 14 日—12 月 31 日的质谱项目本地化数据作为验证,评估改进效果.结果 2022 年 8 月 1 日—11 月 13 日,精准中心质谱项目本地检测率为35.2%,平均报告等待时间为 4.4 天,项目经济效益为-19517 元.实行精益六西格玛管理后,在不增加人员、设备的前提下,2022年11月14日—12月31日,质谱项目本地检测率提高至94.42%,平均报告等待时间缩短至3天,经济效益增长为37776 元.结论 基于精益管理可规范检验的质量服务流程,能有效提高检测效率,提升临床和患者满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application and effectiveness of Lean Six Sigma quality management tools in improving local detection rates in mass spectrometry projects.Methods The mass spectrometry projects of the precision center of Taizhou Enze Medical Center(Group)from August 1 to November 13,2022 were selected as the research object,and the Lean Six Sigma management method was used to analyze the reasons for the low localized detection rate of mass spectrometry projects,and feasible quality improvement countermeasures were proposed and implemented.Statistics of mass spectrometry project localization data from November 14 to December 31 in 2022 were used as validation to assess the improvement effect.Results From August 1 to November 13 in 2022,the precision center's mass spectrometry projects had a local detection rate of 35.2%,an average report waiting time of 4.4 days,and an economic benefit of-19517yuan.After the implementation of Lean Six Sigma management,with no increase in personnel or equipment,the local detection rate of the mass spectrometry project increased to 94.42%,the average report waiting time was reduced to 3 days,and the economic benefit increased to 37776yuan from November 14 to December 31 in 2022.Conclusion Lean-based management can standardize the quality service process of testing,which can effectively improve testing efficiency and enhance clinical and patient satisfaction.
