医院人才招聘管理系统建设与使用是提升医院人才招聘工作有效性、精准化的基础与保障,也是公立医院推进智慧管理,实现高质量发展的必由之路,传统开发或采购统一产品受限于高昂开发费用、较长上线周期、无法满足个性化需求等问题而遭到诟病.低代码平台的出现,以其轻量级、快迭代、较少依赖开发人员等优点给医院智慧管理带来了新的选择.本研究采用低代码技术搭建医院人才招聘管理系统,对其系统架构、建设方法、基本原则进行优化,以期为应用低成本快速建设智慧医院管理系统提供借鉴.
Abstract
The construction and use of hospital talent recruitment management system is the basis and guarantee for improving the effectiveness and precision of hospital talent recruitment,and it is also the only way for public hospitals to promote intelligent management and achieve high-quality development.The traditional development or procurement of unified products is criticized for being limited by high development costs,long online cycle,and failure to meet personalized needs.The emergence of low-code platforms,with their advantages of lightweight,fast iteration,and less dependence on developers,has brought new options for intelligent management in hospitals.This study uses low-code technology to build a hospital talent recruitment management system,and optimizes its system architecture,construction methods and basic principles,so as to provide a reference for the application of low-cost and rapid construction of intelligent hospital management system.
