目的 本研究旨在设计一种基于Excel的DRG(疾病相关分组)可视化运营分析系统,并将其应用于某三甲医院的病历数据分析中.方法 通过实现数据准备、DRG分组、Excel数据统计与分析和图表生成等功能,实现自动计算和分析数据的功能,并生成简洁明了的医保DRG可视化图表报告.结果 该系统具有操作简单、灵活性强、成本低等优点,能够为医院管理层提供及时、准确的运营分析数据支持.结论 基于Excel的DRG可视化运营分析系统能有效解决医院现有DRG运营分析工具成本高、灵活性差等问题,提高医院运营管理的效率和综合效益.
Abstract
Objective This study aims to design an Excel-based DRG(disease related groups)visualization and operation analysis system and apply it to the medical record data analysis in a grade-A tertiary hospital.Methods By implementing the functions of data preparation,DRG grouping,Excel data statistics and analysis,and chart generation,the functions of automatic calculation and analysis of data were realized,and a concise and clear medical insurance DRG visualization chart report was generated.Results The system has the advantages of easy operation,flexibility,and low cost,which can provide timely and accurate operational analysis data support for hospital management.Conclusion The Excel-based DRG visualization operational analysis system can effectively solve the problems of high cost and poor flexibility in the existing DRG operational analysis tools used by hospitals,and improve the efficiency and comprehensive benefits of hospital operations management.
