摘要
基于医疗服务供应链理论提出智慧医院建设的7个内涵要求,在服务供应链的视角下指出了智慧医院建设4个发展层次,分别是:医院资源数字化、医疗服务数据化、医院数据集成化、医院管理智能化.文章从医院智慧运营和医疗服务创新两个方面,分别就服务供应链理念下的智慧医院发展路径进行了分析和总结.
Abstract
Based on the theory of medical service supply chain,seven connotation requirements for intelligent hospital construction were proposed,and four development levels of intelligent hospital construction were pointed out from the perspective of service supply chain,namely,digitization of hospital resources,datalization of medical services,hospital data integration,and intelligent hospital management.This paper analyzed and summarized the development path of intelligent hospitals under the service supply chain concept from the aspects of intelligent operation and medical service innovation.
