Objective To comprehensively understand the current allocation of health human resources in Beijing, analyze existing problems, and provide evidence for optimizing such allocation. Methods Descriptive analysis was used to show the basic situation of Beijing's health human resources allocation from 2017 to 2021,and Gini coefficient,Lorentz curve and agglomeration degree index were used to evaluate the equity of Beijing's health human resources allocation. Results The number of health professionals per 1000 population in Beijing increased with an average annual growth rate of 3.27%.The Gini coefficient of health workers allocated by permanent population(0.289)was less than 0.3,while the Gini coefficient allocated by geographical area(0.758)was more than 0.7.From the perspective of urban functional zoning, the HRAD/PAD ratio of health human resources in the capital functional core area was greater than 1,while that in the urban development new area and ecological conservation development area was less than 1.Conclusion The total number of health human resources in Beijing is relatively sufficient and growing year by year. The equity of health human resources allocation by permanent population is better than that by geographical area. The allocation of health human resources is spatially clustered, and its equity needs to be further optimized.
