摘要
本文对国内关于公立医院经济运行风险的相关研究进行回顾分析,在此基础上对公立医院的经济运行风险因素进行识别,并结合理论与实践研究提出风险应对策略.公立医院的经济运行主要面临着财政补偿不足、医院竞争加剧、医保超支与罚款、医疗纠纷与欠费、医院内控管理不完善等风险因素,可通过风险对冲、风险规避、风险降低与风险分担等策略来应对风险.
Abstract
This paper reviewed and analyzed domestic studies on the economic operation risks of public hospitals.On this basis,the risk factors of public hospitals'economic operation were identified,and risk coping strategies were proposed in combination with theoretical and practical studies.The economic operation of public hospitals is mainly confronted with risk factors such as insufficient financial compensation,intensified hospital competition,medical insurance overspending and fines,medical disputes and unpaid fees,and imperfect internal control management of hospitals,etc.,which can be dealt with through risk hedging,risk avoidance,risk reduction and risk sharing strategies.
