Objective To evaluate the medical service performance after DRG reform by taking the surgical wards of the sample hospital as an example,and to provide reference for the high-quality development of the hospital.Methods The indicators of medical cost,service capacity,service efficiency and medical quality were selected,and the entropy weight TOPSIS-RSR method was used to evaluate the medical service performance of 10 surgical wards of the sample hospital from 2020 to 2022.Results The evaluation results of entropy weight TOPSIS and RSR method were consistent,both of which showed that the medical service performance classified as good grade was basically the department in 2022,and the one classified as poor grade was basically the department in 2020.From 2020 to 2022,the surplus capacity,average hospitalization expenses,drug proportion,and rehospitalization rate within 15 days of the 10 surgical wards of the sample hospitals improved year by year,but the proportion of consumption and the number of adverse medical events per bed increased relatively.Conclusion Entropy-weight TOPSIS combined with RSR method can better evaluate the hospital's medical service performance,and DRG reform can promote the hospital's medical service performance.However,it is necessary to further strengthen the control of consumables,improve the quality of medical service,and promote the high-quality development of the hospital.
