摘要
目的分析案例医院2019-2023年限制类医疗技术的临床应用与部分DRG指标的关系.方法将2019年1月-2023年12月该医院开展限制类医疗技术的科室、项目、备案医技人员数量、限制类医疗技术服务人次、DRG组数、病例组合指数(CMI)、药占比等DRG指标进行分析.结果该院限制类医疗技术服务人次与DRG组数、费用指数、平均住院天数、手术占比、三四级手术占比、药占比、耗占比相关,与住院人次、CMI、住院次均费用、时间指数等无明显相关关系.结论探讨限制类医疗技术开展与部分DRG指标的关系,有一定的指导意义,该院应以国家区域医疗中心建设为契机,改进医疗技术管理模式,避免盲目发展和重复开展,建设高水平的学科群和技术体系.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the relationship between the clinical application of restricted medical technology and some DRG indicators in the case hospital from 2019 to 2023.Methods The DRG indicators such as the departments,projects,the number of medical technicians on record,the number of restricted medical technology services,the number of DRG groups,case mix index(CMI),and the proportion of drugs in the hospital carrying out restricted medical technology from January 2019 to December 2023 were analyzed.Results The number of visits to restricted medical technology services in the hospital was correlated with the number of DRG groups,cost index,average length of stay,proportion of surgery,proportion of tertiary and quaternary surgeries,proportion of drugs,and proportion of consumables,and there was no significant correlation with the number of inpatients,CMI,average cost per hospitalization,and time index.Conclusion Exploring the relationship between the development of restricted medical technologies and some of the DRG indicators has some guiding significance,and the hospital should take the construction of the national regional medical center as an opportunity to improve the management mode of medical technologies,avoid blind development and duplication,and build a high-level disciplinary group and technology system.
