Objective To analyze the resignation intention and influencing factors of nurses in rotation during standardized training,and to explore the countermeasures of building a high stability nurse team.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 321 nurses in rotation in a grade A tertiary hospital in Beijing.Differences between the nurses with and without resignation intention were tested,and the influencing factors of resignation intention were analyzed by logistic regression.Results There were significant differences in age,rotation duration and percentage of income in expected income between two groups(p<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in 22 items related to overall satisfaction,skill improvement,career confidence and welfare benefits(p<0.05).Logistic regression results showed that the percentage of income in expected income increased,and resignation intention decreased(OR=0.769,p<0.05).Confidence in career development decreased,satisfaction with head nurses decreased,and resignation intention increased(OR=2.173,p<0.05;OR=1.967,p<0.05).Conclusion The management department can establish a scientific performance appraisal program,attach importance to the career planning of nurses,and strengthen the training of management ability of head nurses to reduce the resignation rate of new nurses.
