摘要

目的开发门诊血透患者静脉药物智能化闭环管理系统,评价其应用效果.方法以宁波某三甲医院门诊血透患者静脉药物管理为例,组建多学科多部门团队分析门诊血透患者静脉用药流程存在的缺陷环节,设计门诊血透患者静脉药物智能化闭环管理系统.结果应用门诊血透患者静脉药物系统后,门诊血透患者静脉药物调配时间为55±5.13分钟,与该用药流程相关的不良事件发生率下降至1.01‰.结论门诊血透患者静脉药物智能闭环管理缩短了调配时间,降低了该流程相关的不良事件发生率,同时在系统的界面友好性和提高医护满意度方面获得较好的认可,临床成效显著,值得推广应用.

Abstract

Objective To develop an intelligent closed-loop management system for intravenous drugs in outpatient hemodialysis patients and evaluate its application effect.Methods Taking the management of intravenous drugs for outpatients with hemodialysis in a tertiary hospital in Ningbo as an example,a multidisciplinary and multi-department team was established to analyze the defects in the process of intravenous drugs for outpatients with hemodialysis,and an intelligent closed-loop management system for intravenous drugs for outpatients with hemodialysis was designed.Results After the application of the intravenous drug system in outpatient hemodialysis patients,the intravenous drug dispensing time of outpatient hemodialysis patients was 55±5.13 minutes,and the incidence of adverse events related to the medication process was reduced to l.01‰.Conclusion The intelligent closed-loop management of intravenous drugs in outpatient hemodialysis patients can shorten the dispensing time and reduce the incidence of adverse events related to the process.At the same time,the system has been well recognized in terms of user-friendly interface and improving medical and nursing satisfaction,and the clinical effect is significant,which is worthy of promotion and application.
