Objective To explore the application and effect of problem-oriented interdisciplinary collaborative innovation in hospital infection prevention and control. Methods Patients hospitalized in a hospital in 2022-2023 were selected as the study objects, patients in January-December 2022 were the pre-intervention group, and patients hospitalized in January-December 2023 were the post-intervention group, and the changes in relevant indicators before and after the intervention were compared. Results Before and after intervention, the incidence rate of hospital infection was 1.05%and 0.89%,respectively,with a statistically significant difference(x2=15.799,p<0.01);the rate of pathogenicity delivery was 35.77%and 44.76%,respectively,with a statistically significant difference(x2=528.432,p<0.01);the detection rate of carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae was 19.78%and 13.53%,with a statistically significant difference(x2=38.940,p<0.01),and the detection rates of carbapenem-resistant Escherichia coli were 5.23%and 3.0%,with a statistically significant difference(x2=10.011,p<0.01).Conclusion The problem-oriented interdisciplinary collaborative and innovative hospital infection prevention and control model can effectively control the incidence of hospital infections and reduce the detection rate of carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae.
