摘要

本研究旨在探索非医学背景的教学助理有效分担专业基地教学秘书工作量的清单式管理.通过测算规培教学管理的月度工作时长,以及教学助理作为教学辅助人员分担的时间,制定管理项目及工作内容清单.结果显示,执行规培教学管理工作清单每个月花费的总时长约53.39小时,其中教学秘书花费时间约28.04个小时,占比52.5%,教学助理分担了约47.5%的工作量.教学助理参与的清单式规范化培训教学管理工作,能够有效减轻临床医生兼任规培基地教学秘书所承担的时间负担,这一模式在住院医师规范化培训管理工作中展现出显著的经济性,是一种高效且实用的新型管理模式.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore checklist management for teaching assistants from non-medical backgrounds to effectively share the workload of teaching secretaries at specialty sites.A list of management items and work content was developed by measuring the monthly working hours of standardized training management and the time shared by teaching assistants as teaching assistants.The results showed that the total time spent on implementing the standardized training teaching management work list was about 53.39 hours per month,of which 28.04 hours were spent by teaching secretaries,accounting for 52.5%,and 47.5%of the workload was shared by teaching assistants.Teaching assistants participate in the checklist management of standardized training,which can effectively reduce the time burden of clinicians who are also teaching secretaries in the standardized training base.This mode shows significant economy in the management of standardized training of residents,and is an efficient and practical new management mode.
