摘要
目的测算成都市S精神专科医院心理治疗的项目成本,对比所在地区医疗服务价格,分析成本与价格偏离度,提出相关政策建议.方法根据S医院2022年成本数据,从病区总收入中剔除药品收入和单独收费卫生材料收入,形成病区不含药品与耗材的业务收入,再整理S医院现有已开展的不同医疗服务项目清单,按项目收入进行分类汇总,以各项目收入占病区不含药品与耗材业务收入的比例为基准进行成本分摊,测算心理治疗项目成本.结果测算出S医院心理治疗的实际成本与所在地区现行心理治疗收费价格比值约为3.2,成本与价格偏离度较高.结论S医院心理治疗成本与收费价格匹配度较低,建议相关部门考虑人力成本因素,调整心理治疗项目医疗收费价格.
Abstract
Objective To measure the cost of psychotherapy in S Psychiatric Hospital in Chengdu,compare the price of medical services in the region,analyze the deviation between cost and price,and put forward relevant policy recommendations.Methods According to the cost data of S Hospital in 2022,the drug revenue and the income of health materials charged separately were excluded from the total revenue of the ward to form the business revenue of the ward excluding drugs and consumables.Then the list of different medical service projects of the hospital was sorted out and summarized according to the project income.Cost allocation was based on the proportion of each item's revenue to the ward's business revenue excluding drugs and consumables,and the cost of psychotherapy projects was calculated.Results The ratio of the actual cost of psychotherapy in S Hospital to the current price of psychotherapy in the region was calculated to be about 3.2,with a high degree of deviation between cost and price.Conclusion The cost of psychotherapy in S Hospital has a low matching degree with the price charged.It is suggested that the relevant governments should consider the factor of labor cost and adjust the price of medical charges for the psychotherapy program.
