摘要
目的探讨运用手术室不计价耗材智能管理系统实行不计价耗材精细化管理的应用效果.方法在二级库平面布局基础上结合重力传感系统硬软件,对接手术管理相关系统,设计研发手术室不计价耗材智能管理系统.结果经临床应用,不计价耗材领用数量、接台手术准备时间、单台手术不计价耗材使用金额、员工加班时间等均明显低于系统应用前.结论通过手术室不计价耗材智能管理系统优化耗材管理,实现耗材成本的精益管控、满足医生个性化需求、降低手术运营成本、减少库房人力支出等方面的改进,显著提高了手术室的运营效率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of fine management of non-priced consumables by using intelligent management system of non-priced consumables in operating room.Methods Based on the layout of the secondary warehouse combined with gravity sensing system hardware and software,docking surgery management related systems,the intelligent management system of non-priced consumables in operating room was designed and developed.Results After clinical application,the number of non-priced consumables,the preparation time for consecutive operation,the amount of non-priced consumables used for a single operation,and the overtime hours of staff were significantly lower than those before the application of the system.Conclusion The intelligent management system of non-priced consumables in operating room can optimize the consumables management,realize the lean control of consumables cost,meet the personalized needs of doctors,reduce the operation cost and the human expenditure of the warehouse,and improve the operating efficiency of the operating room significantly.
