This paper introduces the process and characteristics of building a closed-loop critical value management system through message platform technology,and expounds that the critical value management is gradually built into a continuous and closed management system through the integration of relevant hospital management systems through message platform technology.With the help of message platform technology and CDR data,the system realizes the multi-channel,multi-client message notification push of critical value and the supervision mechanism of multiple feedback,which meets the management needs of the quality control department and provides practical and reliable information guarantee for the timely and accurate delivery of critical value to clinical medical staff.
